At TideMark Supply Co., each item is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Please review our shipping information below before placing an order.


Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • This does not include shipping time

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and tracking information will be provided via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after processing

  • International: 7–21 business days after processing (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country

  • TideMark Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package appears lost or delayed:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
